Description

At the start of the day, each manager identifies an area of work they wish to focus on to develop more agility and resilience. (e.g., daring to surprise more, giving themselves more permissions in daily life, overcoming certain relational blockages with team members...) Thanks to the steering wall, everyone will be able to measure their progress throughout the day in developing more agility and resilience.

  • Know the rules of the game used in theater, particularly in improvisation techniques:
    • Distinguish the actor's posture from that of the Manager (game rules to distance oneself from personal history and thus allow exploration of all performance ranges without falling into self-judgment and judgment of others)
    • Group warm-up exercises to develop respectful and authentic listening
    • Tips and techniques used in theater to strengthen situational intelligence
    • Regular and personalized feedback from the actor
    • Q&A session
    • Action plan (to progressively build one's personal sheet)

  • Voice / Body / Imagination:
    • Identify the 7 voice effects used in theater to enhance messages and impact speech
    • Rebound technique to improve verbal repartee in any situation
    • Present the "body bubble" decoding tool: Decoding keys to both identify the relational strategies of one's partner and strengthen Non-verbal Communication
    • Improvisation exercises to develop imagination and rely on creativity
    • Improvisation exercises with varied themes - in subgroups (according to managers' needs)
    • Feedback from participants - who are "spect-actors" during improvisations - observation grid to develop managers' skills and allow them to develop their sense of observation
    • Regular and personalized feedback from the actor
    • Q&A session
    • Action plan (to progressively build one's personal roadmap)

  • Intensive improvisation training:
    • Short improvisation sequences - outside professional contexts
    • Themes are identified according to participants' personal objectives
    • On-the-spot decoding of situations in groups with observation grid: enrich one's performance range to gradually dare to think outside the box
    • Peer exchanges
    • Regular and personalized feedback from the actor
    • Q&A session
    • Construction of one's personal roadmap for the coming weeks, inspired by self-awareness, peer feedback, trainer feedback, and experienced tools/techniques
  • Closing and evaluation of the training:

In group: Summary of techniques covered during the day

Reflexivity: Creation of one's personal roadmap

Alone in front of the group: Short improvisation in front of the group to present and illustrate one's action plan
