In this 2-day training program, either remotely or in-person, you will be able to develop new key skills on two specific axes:
- Strengthening relational skills - verbal and non-verbal communication
- Developing influence techniques to impact your messages
The techniques covered are immediately transposed into professional role-playing situations.
This training is also structured around reflective periods to help consultants step back from their operating modes and become aware of their strengths and areas for improvement.
The trainer intervenes in a coaching posture, facilitating exchanges and encouraging participants' right to make mistakes. They will thus be able to make relational adjustments in real-time while developing greater self-confidence, an essential quality to establish their influence.
Day 1: The Art of Communication
- Identify the 3 rules for structuring any intervention and thus develop effective communication: 1/ Investigation 2/ Understanding 3/ Action
- Insights on Verbal and Non-verbal communication techniques:
- Learn to use the 3 levels of listening in any relationship
- Know how to appropriately mobilize your body language to impact your messages with your body!
- Master Strategic Reformulation and Questioning Techniques
- Professional role-playing situations - real cases proposed by the company
- Reflective time: Decoding professional situations - peer feedback sharing - personalized advice from the trainer
- Individual personal action plan
Day 2: The Art of Influencing
- Identify the difference between convincing and influencing
- Use the effects of influential language to establish arguments and enhance the company's service offerings
- Elegantly overcome client objections: CNZ Method (Dig / Neutralize / Zoom)
- Role-playing to develop more fluid repartee and thus strengthen one's role as a contributor to better guide, support, and advise clients on a daily basis
- Creation of a personal roadmap for each consultant: progressive action plan to strengthen commercial impact over the next 6 months
