In this training, you will discover Comcolors, the latest personality model, psychometrically validated by the University of Paris-Ouest Nanterre. You will learn to easily identify the dynamics at work in the 6 personality types, to anticipate what motivates them, stresses them, and makes them act.
You will discover how to identify your interlocutor's functioning to interact with all your assets at hand.
You will practice with your peers, and with the unconditional support of your coach trainer, who will share - a little - of their secrets.
Content:
Opening of the training: presentation of the theme and its challenges, the training modalities, the instructor and the participants.
1- Know yourself better to better understand others and communicate better
‣ Understanding the Comcolors Model: Presentation of the model's ethics and philosophy, the diagram, dominant and secondary colors, percentages, stress levels, notions about personality.
‣ Discovery of the 6 color personality types - decoding video sequences -
‣ Quiz and Q&A sessions
‣ Practice: Peer exchanges / stimulate curiosity and make connections with past experiences - progressive perspective with each participant's Comcolors profile.
2- Identify your potential and that of colleagues and clients
‣ Learn to decode the perception filters of each color in the Model
‣ Learn to decode the communication filters of each color in the Model
‣ Know the favorable work environments for each profile
Practice: Professional bridges with their personality type and their behaviors in work situations. Numerous video decoding. Reflexivity exercises in subgroups. Validate each person's Comcolors Profile (in light of all the Model's characteristics)
3 - Understand colleagues' personality profiles to understand and manage team dynamics
‣ Motivation, needs and fears of each personality type: what are the characteristics and specificities inherent to each personality type.
‣ Behaviors under stress. Know how to recognize what's happening with each person and implement an appropriate strategy.
‣ Interactions between Colors: understand your team and capitalize on strengths
‣ Practice: Peer exchanges to inspire each other. Exercises in pairs with debriefing and action plan construction.
