Description

This training course for new managers consists of 4 modules, providing new managers with the keys to their success.

In the first part in E-learning, participants will discover the basic concepts and techniques that they will then put into practice during their journey. This E-learning will be designed, created and produced customized in our studio, to best match your field reality.

In the second part of the course, the module "Know yourself better to communicate better" gives new managers a framework for understanding human behaviors that will then allow them to define effective relational strategies in management situations.

The third part will be dedicated to practical application, intensive training on professional situations brought by the participants.

After implementation in the work situation (accompanied by a booklet specially designed for your company), a Feedback Session in person will allow participants to anchor the acquired skills and good reflexes!

 

 

Objectifs de la formation

  1. Identify limiting beliefs and empowering beliefs of the manager. Cross-reference your perceptions and develop a positive representation of your role as a Manager.
  2. Develop a managerial posture: Develop your natural authority and legitimacy, develop an alliance with your consultants.
  3. Know how to empower your collaborators to help them grow and progress in autonomy and skills
  4. Develop self-awareness and understanding of others to manage with fluidity and sustain the working relationship
  5. Master coaching tools to enhance collaborators' skills
